SOCIAL MEDIA

I’ve worked hard over the past decade to build a strong and loyal following, while establishing a personal brand that is sustainable and stylish. From the onset, I’ve recognized the influence and gravity that social media holds throughout our global society, keeping us organically in tune with current events, pop culture and trends. I’ve taken classes and attended workshops to improve the quality and messaging of my posts, and been able to master the business account tools provided by Facebook and Instagram on the back end, utilizing analytics to successfully execute targeted, budget-friendly inbound marketing campaigns. As a content creator, I’ve studied graphic design, film and photography. I shoot with a Fujifilm XT-4 and do my post production and design with Adobe Creative Cloud.

My mission is to create thought-provoking content and share important stories that I hope will have a positive impact on those I reach. Sometimes, my posts and stories are complex and tackle global issues like fighting climate change and ending world hunger, and sometimes they’re as simple as sharing a delicious recipe along with a story about the culture that inspired my creativity. With anything I share, I keep an upbeat vibe and put out an energy that celebrates life on planet earth.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

I’ve worked as a brand ambassador and spokesperson with a dynamic range of companies, from tech start-ups to well-established brands and even global giants. I have co-created content to promote a wide variety of products, including professional chef-driven kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, knives, and attire, as well as online media publications, food delivery services, and sustainable food producers.

My sense of style and taste inform who I work with, so I also collaborate with fashion and lifestyle brands. The people and companies I collaborate with share my strong stance on sustainability and social equity, which I communicate through my personal style of storytelling. Some of my favorite companies I’ve worked with include Lettuce Grow, Tastemade, Uber Eats, Square, Banza, Kvarøy Arctic Salmon, Chef Works, Hedley & Bennet, Crocs, and Goorin Bros.

EVENT BOOKINGS

I’ve always naturally gravitated toward hosting others. What began as inviting friends and family to my dinner table has grown into welcoming thousands of guests each week into the dining rooms of my restaurants. My passion for hosting evolved into leading much larger gatherings at live food events—as a host, emcee, guest chef, competitor, or judge.

Some of my favorite live events include organizing and co-hosting LA Chef Con’s first Sustainability Summit, emceeing a sustainable food symposium at UCLA for LA Times Food Bowl (featuring the late great Jonathan Gold), hosting the Los Angeles screening of Anthony Bourdain’s Wasted! Documentary, judging Cochon 555, and rocking the culinary stage at premiere food events like LA Food & Wine, All Star Chefs Classic, Seafood Expo North (Boston), and AquaNor (Norway).
